Terry 'Murphy' Murray has been sculpting limited edition lighthouse collectibles for over 40 years.  He has gained a large following of collectors (including the late Katherine Hepburn) who appreciate his commitment to creating exact replicas of the original lighthouse - right down to the minute details, including the lighting and the fog warning devices. 

No two lighthouses in the world are alike; therefore no two lights are built exactly the same way.  Before any model making is done, each lighthouse is researched and photographed.  Painstaking attention is given to researching the history of the building, including information on the keepers and their families.  Personal visits to each lighthouse are necessary to insure the accuracy of the details.  Photographs from all angles must be taken before the blueprints are even started. 

The background work aids in replicating the spirit of each individual lighthouse.
